    SUBLIMATION PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Sublimation transfers are a great way to add full color designs to your garments without the hassle of weeding vinyl. They are ready to press and need to be applied to LIGHT COLOR fabrics that have a polyester count of 60% or higher. (THEY CANNOT BE APPLIED TO 100% COTTON). The higher the polyester count, the more vibrant your transfer will appear when applied. A sublimation transfer that is applied to a 60% polycount base will look more vintage like and will not be as vibrant.

*Please note that sublimation transfers do not print with white ink. So whatever garment base color you use the transfer on, it will show the color of your garment. Example: If you have a "white" ghost on your sublimation transfer and you transfer it to a light gray shirt the ghost will look light gray and not white.

    • 400 degrees
    • Medium PRESSURE
    • Press your garment 10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture before laying down your transfer
    • Place your transfer face down onto your garment. Cover with parchment paper.
    • Press for 45 seconds
    • Peel Paper off of your garment

We highly recommend using a heat press. If you are new to transfers, we recommend testing a small piece before applying to entire garment. Heat presses may vary in temps and pressure needed to apply transfer. Pip Supply is not responsible for misapplied transfers or damaged garments.
