Scrunchie is a two layer fabric strip with edges that are securely folded and sewn providing a professional and high quality seam. Fabric is thick high quality not coarse or stiff with elastic band sewn inside for stretch-ability. Pattern visible on all sides. Bow comes pre-tied on scrunchie however is removable to be available as separate bow.
