United StatesThis was my first velvet purchase. I usually make my bows from bullet but had been wanting to try velvet. I wish I had bought it sooner! The fabric is so soft and the color is beautiful. It looked great on my newborn baby. It’s a little tougher to tie versus bullet, but once you figure it out, you’ll love it! I can’t wait to order more for Christmas bows!
