Policies

Order Processing & Shipping Policy:
Normal order processing time is 2-5 business days for non print-on-demand orders. If your order contains any custom or print-on-demand items, the processing time is 4-6 business days as these items are printed in-house and take longer to process. 
We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Average domestic delivery time is anywhere from 2-7 days after your order has been shipped. All order will come with tracking information and this information will be emailed to you once the order ships. Please note that both USPS and UPS will occasionally experience shipping delays and lack of tracking updates. We ask that you please be patient when experiencing a shipping delay as these are unfortunately out of our control. 
When placing an international order, average delivery times are 2-4 weeks after your order is shipped. Please be aware you may be responsible for customs, import, VAT or excise duties and/or fees. We have no control over what taxes or fees your specific country charges when importing goods from other countries. Please check with your specific country import laws PRIOR to purchasing.
We offer a "Shipping Protection" option during checkout when placing an order from us. This shipping protection option is highly recommended when placing an order. Should you choose to not pay for this added service by removing it from your cart, we unfortunately will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. In the event your order is lost or damaged and you did pay for this added service, PIP Supply will (at its discretion) either refund or replace your lost/damaged items. 

Refunds and Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds. We do however offer product exchanges if we are notified within 14 days of your shipment being marked as delivered. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in new condition and undamaged. You must notify us of your desire to exchange items by emailing us at: help@pipsupply.com prior to shipping your return items.

After obtaining a return authorization, you will be responsible for mailing back your items to our facility at your own cost. Pip Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so please use your best judgement when packing and sending your items back to us. We must receive your return shipment within 14 days of obtaining a return authorization. 

*Clearance and custom printed items are not returnable and ALL sales are final on these items. This will include most of our fabrics and faux leathers that are print on demand and not in-stock items.

Rewards (PIP Points):

Pip Points are discount/incentives rewards based upon certain actions taken by our customers. You can earn PIP Points by completing certain actions such as making a purchase or following us on social media. PIP Points can be redeemed for certain discounts listed under the customers PIP Points rewards tab. Please note that all PIP Points are subject to expiration and cancellation at the sole discretion of Pretty in Pink Inc. Rewards cannot be used with any other discount codes. These points have no cash value and can only be redeemed at the discretion of Pretty in Pink Inc. We reserve the right to make changes to the earning potential for certain actions and redemption levels for all rewards available. By signing up to earn rewards ("PIP Points") you agree to the above mentioned conditions.

Rhinestones and crystals are well secured, but as with any product, adult supervision is recommended as over time they may come loose. We reserve the rights to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the web site or any other literature owned by Pretty in Pink Inc. from time to time. All of our products can contain small parts such as rhinestones, elastic, tulle, beads, ribbons, etc. which may pose a choking hazard to young children. Tulle, or elastics could cause strangulation if misused or if the child is left unattended. Our product packaging should not be used by children. Adult supervision is recommended when a child is wearing or playing with any product(s) purchased from Pretty in Pink Inc. We deny responsibility for any harm or damage that occur incidental to any product of or related to Pretty in Pink Inc.
