Halloween Themed Ruth Hair Bow Pack

Each Halloween themed pack includes four untied, flat VELVET Ruth bows printed with the patterns shown in the picture. They will come untied and will need to be tied into a finished bow and attached to a clip or headband. Headbands and clips sold separately. Recommended clip size is 1.75” or 2.375” alligator metal or plastic clip.
